  • Installation & Commissioning

    It is a precondition to know the production environment to ensure our machine installed and operated at the maximum performance.

    Before FAT, we will conduct a comprehensive performance test at Provol Test Workshop, where is equipped with the similar customer-factory condition in terms of temperature and humidity etc, to ensure minimum time for field installation and commissioning.
    Our technicians will check the site condition and provide detailed installation plan and follow strictly the safety operation instructions, provide their comprehensive training and guidance during the whole installation and commissioning period to ensure our machine in normal operation.

You can feedback the specific situation of the field-problem through video or team-view, our engineer will help you to find out the root-cause and solve the problem.
    In addition, once the machine fails to operate and urgent maintenance is needed, our engineers can make a quick and accurate remote diagnosis of the machine through the remote function the first time, and guide your site engineer to deal with the failure according to the operation procedure and ensure a downtime to a minimum.
